Prior to being diagnosed with Celiac, this was one of my favorite restaurants. We went last night for the first time since being diagnosed and the service was wonderful. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about what was safe and what wasn’t and, if there was anything that was questionable, they checked in with the chef. If a dish was gluten free but had bread that came with it, the bread was plated separately. I asked a question about a salad they had and they were quick to tell me that the dressing was made with a white soy sauce and it wouldn’t be safe. I also asked about an oatmeal dish and was told that the chef had called the manufacturer to determine how they processed the oats and was unable to get a clear answer that made them feel comfortable recommending it for a gluten allergy. Definitely looking forward to our next meal here!
