Jurassic Tacos

I’ve had the street tacos, loaded fries, and loaded nachos, and it’s always been tasty, and I’ve never gotten sick! Only the street tacos are specifically marked on the menu, but I’ve talked to the staff, and there’s no gluten directly in the fries or chips. I’m unsure on whether they’re in a dedicated fryer, as I didn’t ask since I’m not sensitive to that, but the staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten.
