IF you tell them you're celiac, they will prepare everything on separate surfaces with separate utensils. I enjoy everything! If you order a sandwich, you WILL not be sorry (they make thier own GF bread-from Bob's Red Mill Mix), and when ordered "for here"you get a wonderful side salad. The owner is VERY allergy, vegan, organic, veg, GF aware and will discuss any restrictions at length with you to make you the perfect meal :)

We have been to Jus Bar many times, and quite honestly think they are some of the best sandwiches around. I have never tasted better roast beef. The owner gets it from somewhere local and it is free of antibiotics and all that kind of garbage. Their gluten free bread is really good and their pastrami sandwich has a mustard that's amazing. And if you tell the owner you can't have anything that has been cross contaminated with gluten, she will get out a fresh board to make your sandwiches and wash her knives. This is really a great place and I highly, highly recommend it.
