When you tell the order taker you can't have Gluten. They use a red tray for your salad. The salad maker changes all utensils and gloves. I felt very safe. They did try to put croutons on the Caesar. So keep an eye on them.

As the title suggests, this place serves...just salads ;) It's a salad bar for take out. The gluten free dressings are identified on the menu. You can order one from a menu or make your own. It was nice to get something fresh and fast. They have locations all over town.

I usually stay away from salad bars but they had everything with gluten on a separate shelf. There's also labels on which dressings have gluten and which don't. The salad is delicious!
