Only one item on the menu, the fish tacos, was designated as Gluten Friendly. Ordered the tacos and they came out on flour tortillas! Spoke to the manager and she said they will be removing the GF label. They had corn tortillas. No idea why they didn’t just serve the tacos on corn!

Every step of the way I had options which was SUCH a relief. Room service, high velocity, pool bar and Cibolo moon all accommodated even beyond what was initially offered as GF with multiple options. Food was great everywhere we went. We walked right into Cibolo moon at 6pm on a Saturday. I loved how much seating there was all around the property to just sit and relax or gather with family . It never felt crowded. The entire staff was knowledgeable about the precautions needed for celiac and if they weren’t specifically familiar, they would bring someone who was. Room service was fast. Our room was super clean. Everyone was respectful of the 6ft rule and masks. Overall- 10/10 and highly recommend

Always an excellent GF experience at JW. I eat safely at restaurants and pool side! Very knowledgable and helpful staff.
