K & B Emporium

In the upstairs restaurant they do offer a few GF items, however had our waitress say that the Naan Bread is GF. Obviously it is not. But, they did offer extra veggies for the hummus platter in place of the bread.

The staff was knowledgeable and had large GF selection. The upstairs restaurant almost everything other than the desserts is gluten free

Everything was prepackaged food you could get at Hy-Vee. Did have gluten free cupcakes though and a decent amount of desserts to choose from. Just not much real food. I had salami and potato chips.

One staff member was gluten free so she pointed out the gluten free options ready to eat or be prepared. Plus gluten free options to purchase in the store.
