K & L 98 HotPot

This place is sooooo unusual and delicious! There is a huge buffet of raw meats and seafoods, and veggies come around your table on a magnetic conveyer belt! You make your own hot pot and can eat the food as a soup or you can strain the items and eat them on a plate. The pork bone broth base is GF, as are most of the ingredients - since you get to choose what to cook you are in complete control. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about GF diets. Don’t be surprised if you see items on the buffet such as beef blood, pork liver, duck feet, pork stomach and beef tripe - this place is authentic! There are also plenty of greens, exotic mushrooms, and rice noodles. Soooo good and it was packed with customers.
