Kabuki Sushi Thai Tapas

They have gf soy sauce, and and know what is gf, but did not consider cross contamination unless I asked (for example they said fried tofu was gf, but it is fried with other breaded items). Good find as long as you ask the right questions

They do offer gluten sensitive choices they are Not Celiac friendly! I ordered sashimi and specifically asked for GF soy sauce was brought “low sodium” and then further had to basically argue with another waitress that it WAS NOT GF! Disappointed unsafe for anyone with celiac disease!
