Kabuto Japanese Steak House and Sushi GSO

I’ve ordered GF from here many times and it’s always good. They have GF soy sauce. They do not cook the GF food on the grill in front of you because of cross contamination but they cook it in the back.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Did not know anything about gluten free. I had to walk to the sushi chef myself and ask him. They did have gluten free soy sauce but I had to go ask the manger for it. Service was terrible in general.
