Review of Kabuto Sushi

Kabuto is awesome. They have great sushi and were really good about modifying my order to be safe and gluten free for me. They have GF soy sauce as well. The staff weren’t super knowledgeable about gluten free but the chef was and they were very proactive in assuring my dish was safe.
