A gluten-free social media group I am in recommended this restaurant and I am so glad we went. They have a separate gf menu and gf soy sauce. Options are a bit limited, but I was very satisfied with my meal. It was the first time I had had eel in a very long time! I would give 5 stars except I am not sure about the possibility of cross-contamination since they do make many other sushi rolls with gluten.
