Kairos Mediterranean

This is basically Mediterranean Chipotle, so all the same difficulties apply. When I said I had an allergy, they knew to change their gloves. However, I had to explain multiple times to multiple people why they couldn't dip things out of buckets they regularly stuck their hands in (typically after handling glutinous pita & falafel). We had to restart my bowl twice because of this. In the end, we got it done but I was anxious about eating it and it didn't end up even being very good.

The staff was great. I informed them I had a gluten intolerance, they offered to change gloves and helped me make a selection, I want with Kairos platter. It was really good and so many GF options

Extremely rude worker who was very insulting when I asked if the chickpeas would be safe, since they reached in and grabbed them (didn’t use spoons,) and acted like I was stupid for asking since they “changed their gloves.” I tried to explain, but the worker did not care. I would not trust this location. I left without getting any food.

The counter help instantly understood when I said I had celiac and needed gluten free. He changed his gloves right away and helped me navigate the menu as it was the first time I'd be there.

I had lamb and harissa chicken for protein, with rice and lentils. Everything was delicious. 24 hrs my belly is still happy. I'm happy I tried this place out!

I told the guy behind the counter that I have celiac disease. And he instantly understood and changed his gloves. Then he preceeded to help me with GF and DF selections. I ordered the Veggie Bowl with hummus, chick peas, lentils, bell peppers, white onions, greek vinagrette, spring mix, sweet potatoes, red onions. I also drank the lavender drink and tumeric tea. The service was great. they were helpful.
