Was excited to have a sushi place that appeared knowledgeable about celiac but ended up disappointed. They have a GF menu and that was great but when we probed further it was hard to tell if server and chef knew what they were doing. Tried to say fried ice cream was GF (though not on GF menu) and she said it should not be OK because of dairy???? We had to ask in 3-4 different ways and when she finally asked chef they said no. In the end, I think if you order off the large GF menu, you are likely OK but don't deviate. They said they have dedicated GF fryer
