Beautiful and tasty treats! I liked that all of my choices were barely sweet (dark chocolate options). I tried goat cheese and sage truffle, passion fruit truffle, cherry chili dark chocolate (square shaped) and dark chocolate with caramel and pecans. Expensive - but satisfying. 😍

Such a treat! As someone with celiacs we are constantly faced with tiny little lists of items which can be modified to be OK for us. This is virtually the opposite of that experience. It's a lovely environment and full of activity. If you love chocolate, this is a great place to stop and enjoy.

From a celiac… LOVE!!! My son is a highly sensitive celiac. Most often he will become violently ill with minimal exposure. He has never reacted and has tried many brownies, elixirs and ice creams. All amazing. All safe. The review which claimed they didn’t feel well likely over indulged. It’s very rich and decadent. This is a must stop!!! You will not regret it.

this place was fabulous!!! all the chocolates are marked GF, and i had to ask about the ice cream and drinks, but literally everything there is gluten free except for the chocolate chip cookies and one of the brownies. i have celiac disease and am super-cautious—hardly ever eat out at non-dedicated GF places because it's not worth the anxiety—but Kakawa had a prominently placed sign letting patrons know that their chocolates were all made in a facility that processes nuts, but no mention of gluten, and the same sign asks you to let them know about any allergies. anyway, i didn't grill them, but i didn't get even a little sick after ice cream and truffles, so i feel confident recommending to other celiacs!

Amazing experience here. I was asked right away if I had any allergies, and then the woman who helped me walked me through everything I could have ( gluten and dairy free) which was a lot! The elixir was amazing and I had a really unique green chili margarita truffle. So good and excellent service. All the truffles are labeled as well.

Even though the chocolates are marked gluten free I didn’t feel well after eating here. I suspect cross contamination. Avoid if a celiac.

Chocolate milkshakes delicious! Many chocolates are labeled "vegan" for people who are dairy free.

Great establishment. Unfortunately, all their products are made on shared equipment. Thankfully, they are upfront about this. There are some other products available here from different Manufacturers that are celiac-safe.

YUM! There was only one chocolate that had gluten in it ... all the rest was gluten free!! Hot chocolate was great and I tried (and loved) the Top Hat, salted caramel, milk chocolate truffel, tiramasu, and pecan caramel chocolates. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating!

Chocolate heaven for a Celiac like me. Majority of hot chocolate is dairy free and chili Carmel is just pure bliss.
