I enjoyed this place before tests showed I need to eat gluten- and dairy-free, so I was happy to see that the menu indicated which of the special rolls could be prepared gluten free. For other ingredients, appetizers, and side dishes, the server was knowledgeable and able to advise me. (Ikura ok, tobiko not; salad dressing and the sauce on the Brussels sprouts ok, miso soup not.). It makes me feel safer when they specify what I shouldn’t have without assuming me that everything is ok.
