Wonderful place. House made gf bread was light almost sweet and toasted beautifully! Had the veggie sandwich to die for. Asked about cross contamination and they assured they make a strong effort to avoid. Still a shared kitchen with wheat.

We did a quick stop for local coffee on our way to catch a catamaran, was pleasantly surprised to see a GF muffin! It was large, not heavily overpriced (everything is here on Kauai) delicious chocolate muffin! If we ever come back, we’ll try it again!

Delicious with great GF options! The gluten free bread was delicious and nothing like what we have ever tried before. They asked if we were Celiac and cleaned the area to prepare the food to avoid cross contamination. They also have GF bakery goods—muffins and cake! Definitely would come back again. Be sure to arrive before 9am, because the place is PACKED by then!

The food was really good, I asked what they had gluten free and she didn’t tell me much just asked if I looked at the menu. I did look and all I saw was gluten free bread. The bread was really delicious and different than any other bread I’ve had. The rest of the food I got was really good as well. I wish they had gluten free pancakes but they don’t…

This place was a great find while on vacation with our Celiac daughters. They had options for GF muffins for take out, but we were most excited about their GF French toast. It did not disappoint! They make their own GF bread that’s light and fluffy. We loved it so much we came back the next evening for dinner. Their sandwiches can be made with their GF bread. We will definitely frequent this place the next time we’re on the island. Also…customer service was top notch!

The woman who took our order did not make me feel safe at all, loudly announcing it’s not a gluten free kitchen and I should eat somewhere else if I was worried. (There was nowhere else close and open.)

We decided to risk it and I did NOT get sick. Yay! The food was pretty good. The GF bread is super light and turns to mush easily. The GF carrot cake has the texture of sand. But what was between the bread (pork sandwich and chicken pesto) was excellent.

This place was AMAZING. I got a GF muffin, latte, and breakfast sandwich. I told the lady taking my order I had celiac, and she told me they could make it in a separate area in a separate pan (vs shared toaster). I was shocked when I tasted the bread, I thought there was no way it was gluten free. It was so soft, so delicious; best bread i’ve ever had. I genuinely was concerned it wasn’t GF bc it tasted SO GOOD. Nevertheless, no reaction & happy stomach. 10/10 recommend

The gluten free bread for breakfast sandwiches was delicious, but they use the same toaster as other bread. When I asked if mine could be prepared either untoasted or griddled in a pan, the said yes. When the server brought my food and I saw it had been toasted, I asked how it was prepared and she said the kitchen took “every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, but there’s a lot of flour in our kitchen.” Would not recommend for other Celiacs, especially those with significant sensitivities.

Very happy to not only find a delicious restaurant but also one that had some great GF options. Third day eating here! First day had blueberry muffin. Second day chocolate chip muffin. Third day lavender muffin. All absolutely delicious. They also have GF toast. We have a very sensitive traveler and no illness observed. They have some incredible non-GF pastries also. Fun place to visit an absolute must if staying in Lihue or Poipu.

Had lunch here specifically because they had GF options and said they served breakfast all day...they do, but it's a limited breakfast menu. Food was tasty and pretty reasonably priced for Hawaii. Wish they had a separate fryer for the fries (they are not safe for gluten free needs due to shared fryer), but overall, would go again. They did have GF dessert options (carrot cake and a muffin I saw). If they made the fryer GF I would have given them 5 stars

Looks really good. Nice staff. Normal looking food - gf desserts and bread looked really good. No dedicated gf menu so you have to ask about other ingredients but staff are super nice. When I asked about the bread and desserts, a staff member said they wash their utensils in between batches, but make gf and non gf baked goods on the same counter, so it's possible to be contaminated. I decided not to risk it, but cute place.

I love this place! Excellent selection on the dinner menu, food is marked GF, is tasty and not too expensive. They also have GF baked goods. The GF carrot cake tastes delicious and not GF at all! The GF chocolate chip cake with fresh strawberry (slices of raw strawberries) frosting is sublime, I dream about it- it's that good. I would recommend they label their breakfast/brunch menu GF. They are very busy in the morning, so be sure to mention SEVERAL TIMES if you are celiac or have a gluten allergy. One time at brunch they brought out my plate with gluten toast on it, touching the other food and were slow to bring out a new meal. However, great service over all and a caring staff.

French toast was amazing. Bread was the best I've had since being celiac, definitely not your typical UDI's or Franz bread. Syrup was gf too. I'm finding on the island much of the staff at the till are younger and don't know much about gf but they're happy to quickly ask another knowledgable staff member the gf questions. They had beautiful gf muffins there, but I noticed they were sitting right next to the other pastries, so if you're paranoid about crumbs and cc don't get too excited.
