Ordered the “da Skinny” with a gluten free bun and because I am also lactose intolerant other than celiac, I asked for no cheese or coleslaw. I asked about the bbq sauce and they assured me it was gf. As I was waiting in line, I noticed they had vegan baked goods and other gluten free baked goods. I think to do both gf and df is a bit harder at this place for baked goods. Looking at the receipt, the gf bun is $1.50- very reasonable. The fryer for fries is NOT dedicated, so I got the Maui Onion Chips- I didn’t know when I ordered them but they do have milk. Another thing to note is that the GF bun comes out TOASTED. I didn’t think of this. DEFINITELY ask how it is toasted and if you are super sensitive, maybe just ask for it not toasted at all. After just eating I feel fine, especially being a celiac. This place seems decently safe if you are Celiac and safe for a gluten free diet.

Be very clear if you are very sensitive. They originally brought out my wife’s burger with the fries when we had asked for chips. We had to ask for the sandwich to be remade because of the shared fryer. Food was very tasty though.
