I had a buffalo rice bowl with a fried egg and it was good, I don’t seem to have reacted to it. The cook assured that they change gloves and use different pans. Everything food-wise except the quesadillas can be GF - not sure about the bubble tea. My meal was a bit spicy but satisfying. A good option at the Foundry, although this one is not dedicated GF like Sureste is.

I had a bowl and it tasted quite average, especially considering the price. The cashier also seemed confused when I said I had a gluten allergy and asked me what I meant. Then I got slightly ill later, which does surprise me because the menu was very gf-friendly. Maybe it was something else I ate earlier in the day, but I can’t be sure.

Very knowledgeable, GF corn tortillas available and all fillings are GF. They change gloves and follow celiac protocols when GF tacos are ordered. Unfortunately the short rib tacos were too fatty/chewy for my preference, and it was a bit pricey. I wish I could have gotten 2 different tacos, but the short ribs were only available in sets of 2. Will probably try again, but other than their safety I wasn’t overly impressed.

Delicious tacos and great gluten free experience! Felt safe here. Definitely get the short ribs on a corn taco—it’s amazing! The sweet and spicy pork was also delicious. I would skip the rice bowls next time, as they were not as good as the tacos. Line also moved fast

This Asian Mexican Fusion restaurant is located inside the City Foundry STL Food Hall. I spoke with the super friendly owner who has made great efforts to make her tiny kitchen safe for the GF community. She has educated all of her workers & they already know to change gloves. She’s also made all of her marinades gluten free. We tried the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Rice Bowl and the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. Both were mild in flavor and tasty. Next time I’ll probably try the pork or premium beef short rib corn tortilla tacos and pay a few cents more for extra sauce.
