Kaliubon Ramen & Sushi

I called and spoke with them about their GF ramen. Although they have a whole gluten free menu, the ramen noodles are cooked in the same water as the regular noodles and they can not cook them separately. For a celiac, I would not recommend, but for an intolerance, they look like they have a great selection of gf options.

Ordered unseasoned edamame and gf ramen, it was a chicken/shrimp broth and you could choose tofu, shrimp, or chicken as a protein. All good! Wish they had more/veg broth options.

The boba Thai ice tea is gluten free. I was able to eat ramen! They have a gf menu too. It was good. Happy I didn’t get sick.

Many gluten free options. Gf ramen is hard to come by around here so this is a rare find!!! No pork option which is unfortunate though.

The waitress and cook were very knowledgeable about what was GF. I got a chicken ramen and the Brussels sprout salad with miso dressing. The food was fabulous!!!!! Fairly priced and didn’t get sick = Win!
