Unfortunately I was told by the staff that all noodles are cooked in the same water and all fried food uses the same fryer so this location is not safe for celiacs. However I appreciate the staff being honest and informing us about all of that before we even ordered anything.

They have gluten-free ramen available that is very good. The staff was very knowledgeable and even came over to let me know that the pork I added to my ramen was not gluten free, and they removed the item and the charge without any trouble. I appreciated the attention to detail.

Delicious ramen. They have two specifically gluten free options to choose from (chicken/shrimp) but they are able to alter regular menu items to make them gluten free. They use rice noodles instead of wheat noodles.
