Many GF and Gluten Sensitive choices, the menu was very easy to navigate and know what I could and couldn't eat. Food was very good. Be careful with the spice levels...Xtra mild does have some spice.

Was a favorite before having to go gf, happy to say I can still fully enjoy it and have not had any issues after many orders, mainly for takeout. I just note celiac on the online form which clearly states what is gf.

I'm only gluten intolerant, but super sensitive... perfect safety tester for a celiac if it didn't mess me up so badly, too. Therefore, I almost never eat at undedicated restaurants. It was my birthday though and after a few years of not visiting with my bestie, we finally got together and had dinner at Kama Bistro. Super helpful & informed staff, very safe kitchen with safety protocols in place. The best part, I can't stress enough how amazingly delicious the food was!!! We both were head over heels with our meals!

No gluten free menu but gluten sensitive and contains gluten clearly marked so just avoid those. It’s Indian food so most of the food is gluten free already unless marked with GS or CG and the waiter/kitchen took celiac precautions when I asked

Almost all menu items are GF, without sacrificing taste! One of my absolute favorites.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The food here is delicious. Great use of spices without feeling too heavy. Most of the menu is gluten free and marks the items that are dairy free or contain gluten. The waitress was really nice about handling my dietary restrictions. Be advised that most of the chicken and lamb options are marinated in yogurt to tenderize the meat, but they have plenty of seafood options that are dairy free. Will return whenever in the area.

So good. The best Indian food in the Chicagoland area.

One of my favorite places! Food is soooo yummy and I've never gotten sick.

For those that are gluten sensitive...I think this is a good spot. However, for those that are really sensitive....or that have celiac, I wouldn't recommend.

They claim to have a dedicated fryer, but I have called them in the past and they have told me that they were using the dedicated fryer b/c they needed it and would clean it later. This to me isn't dedicated.

The food is really yummy......I've eaten there a ton, but my wife has gotten sick numerous times though.

Fantastic! We eat there all the time and I've never had a problem. The food is wonderful!
