Ate here before my diagnosis 4 months ago and love their sushi. After my diagnosis I called and they told me they had a big gf selection, but when I went, they had a select few rolls (all basic) that I could eat. Fortunately there was one woman server who was really knowledgeable and helped me find things I could eat. They use soy sauce in a lot of their sauces. Miso soup was good! I prefer Umi Sake House (in Belltown), but would go back to Kamakura in a pinch.
