I’ve gotten their cauliflower wings and their fries consistently. Haven’t had any issues and they use a dedicated fryer that the other comment notes.

Unfortunately, they can be a bit slow depending on your time. Even when arriving at my promised takeout time, I often have to wait in line to let them know I’m there, then 5-10min for them to finish up the order.

The owner used to be a nutritionist at a nursing home where he did have to be aware of all the different dietary restrictions. He was very open to answering all of our questions. While he does have a mixed kitchen, the staff are aware of reducing any cross contamination when preparing their food. They do have a dedicated fryer for fries and non gluten items.
