Im celiac. I told them and they were very aware and on it. I had the turkey and ham BLT on GF bread and it was really good! I had no reaction at all. She asked me what sounded good and said they can alter things to make them celiac safe. She was very open to making suggestions and it made me feel safe.

Decent sandwich shop! They have gf bread and gf sandwiches. I didn’t ask many details and didn’t have a reaction.

We had gluten free bagel sandwich BLTs. They were very good. We are celiac and had no reaction. Staff is very friendly.

Visiting Ouray for the first time and was a little nervous about finding any Gf options. This place was great! Lady at the counter was very helpful and said they had GF bagel or bread but recommended the burrito in a bowl, which is what I went for. Very tasty! Highly recommend! Iced americano was also good!

Very nice place for breakfast or lunch with GF options. I had the breakfast sandwich on a gluten free bagel. The woman who took my order was knowledgeable about all GF choices. They also had a frittata and breakfast burrito bowls, or shrimp and grits. Full espresso and coffee bar, and bloody Mary’s and mimosas if that’s your thing. My husband who is not GF also really enjoyed his food. I did not inquire about celiac safe kitchen practices but I am gluten sensitive and had no issues.

Awesome place for breakfast sandwiches and pastries. They usually have gf bread and bagels.

New Cafe with gluten free offerings. I had GF Vegetable sandwich with side of potato salad. Food is very good. They do have gf pastries, but none the day I was there. Cafe is still in process of ramping up & will be offering more GF.
