Very knowledgeable about celiac and have a decent sized gf menu. I felt very comfortable, no worries about cross contamination or mistakes. The menu was decent sized, especially for sushi. The only thing to note is that the spicy mayo is not gluten free. I was a little bit disappointed when I found that out as my favorite is spicy sushi but the quality of the rolls made up for it. Overall great menu, food and service. Definitely recommend.

Dedicated gf menu with real crab salad! It was a nice treat. Server was knowledgeable.

An extensive gluten free menu and I felt very comfortable eating here! Had no symptoms and the food was tasty. Want to try one of the gluten free sushi burritos next time 😁

I was pleasantly surprised by this sushi place. There was a dedicated GF menu (as well as vegetarian) and the selection had a good variety. My waitress was familiar with celiac disease and assured me that my food would be prepared safely. I felt super comfortable eating here and never felt sick afterward. I ordered a yellow fin, tuna, and Cinderella roll. All of them were absolutely delicious and high quality. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I also ordered ginger tea, and it was one of the best teas I've ever had, definitely give it a try! So if you're in the Ann Arbor area and in the mood for sushi, this is the perfect place to go!,
