I will echo some of the other reviewers that eating here in an ‘off’ time will get you the best results experience. The waitstaff was very helpful and I felt safe in their suggestions.

Good experience- went late afternoon, so I was one of the only people dining at the time. Food was tasty, server was knowledgeable about what to order to avoid gluten. (Not a lot of options - by the ones available all sounded great!)I had the Goat Cheese Omelette and potatoes -No GF bread options available

Kanela has been a hot place for brunch for a few years. I was skeptical to try it since the didn’t have a gf menu. Went on a weekday when it was less busy and talked to our waiter about what he recommended that might be gf. Turned out he had Celiac too. Was able to recommend almost all of their egg dishes (+/- some modifications) and sides (cooked the potato dishes in a separate pan for me). Not sure how they would be on a busy weekend, but I’ll definitely be back during the week.
