Review of Kane's Donuts

Review

We stopped at Kane’s on Lincoln Ave in Saugus to pickup some gluten free donuts last weekend. My daughter has celiac so any chance to have safe, fried donuts is a treat. We tried the chocolate glazed, cinnamon sugar, lemon poppyseed, jelly, maple bacon, and blueberry. Overall, the donuts were good- they were a bit dense/dry, and noticeably gluten free but still enjoyable especially when warmed. Skip the maple bacon (not really maple bacon flavored) and jelly (just gross) and go for the blueberry, cinnamon sugar, and chocolate glazed. We also tried the blueberry and corn gluten free muffins which I would recommend skipping—too dry. Overall, I would go back and appreciate the celiac safe options.
