Edited to add - several Nima tests since prior review have shown gluten present in shahi paneer and rice.
I have celiac disease so very careful with gluten free restaurants- especially Indian restaurant. Tried their shahi paneer once with rice and it tested gluten free with Nima sensor. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will update review once I try it a few times. Hopefully other dishes are also gluten free.

Staff is very helpful in finding GF options. I do not recommend for people with Celiacs. All food is made in same space, so high risk of cross contamination. Staff is open about this.

Curries are all gluten free. Separate tandoori oven for bread products, meat, and vegetarian items. No deep fried meats used in their curries.
Excellent quality curries, good quantity of food. Since the GF options are more than half their regular menu, choosing GF doesn’t impact quality or quantity.
One of the most popular Indian restaurants in Redmond, has been established for a long time.
