Review of Kanki Japanese House of Steaks

Such a great experience! You can order any of the hibachi meals GF. Our server and chef knew exactly what the GF options were for soup, salad dressings, and sauces. My daughter’s food was prepared in the back in a separate GF space. Just as the chef was getting ready to start cooking the meat for the rest of us, he signaled the kitchen to bring out her GF meal, so she got her food the same time we did. They seemed very knowledgeable and confident with gluten free options. My daughter is a very sensitive Celiac and did not get sick. Before we went, I asked about this restaurant on the RDU GF Facebook page and got all favorable reviews (a couple people said their food came out later, but nobody had issues with gluten).
