I was only told of two gluten free rolls on the menu. California roll or the kamikaze roll. It was really good but I wish there were more options

There are about four diff rolls that I had that could be gf. Just ask the server and they will tell you what sauces not to put on them. Didn’t get sick....would go back.

Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten. They will check in with kitchen staff about everything, even without me prompting them to. They often take extra little steps to make my experience better, which is so appreciated (ie- letting me know about food ordered by others in case I want to try their food, bringing out tamari without me asking, putting sauces on the side even if safe, etc). This restaurant makes me feel normal and not “annoying” at all for my questions and requests. They know what they’re doing and I’ve never reacted eating here.

Lots of gluten free options, although not marked, and they can make almost anything gluten free for you. Just let the staff know why you’re interested and they will make it work. They really pay attention to the details for you so you can enjoy your meal. Several gluten free sake options as well.

Really good quality sushi. I definitely suggest the chef’s special to branch out and try some new delicious fish.

Waitress informed me that they did not prepare gluten free meals separately or with clean cookware. They did have a number of menu items that could be prepared without gluten containing ingredients, including a real crab meat California roll. As I’m celiac I did not eat here, but they had a good menu and good atmosphere.

Our favorite place to go. Jessica is a sushi chef there, and she is absolutely amazing. She has made me the best sushi I've ever had, and she even makes a great GF ponzu. Always fresh. Always delicious. Never been sick.

Very knowledgeable staff that will let you know which rolls can be modified or are gfree. They offer a real crab California roll so many rolls can be modified to be gfree. Staff knows which sauces to omit and also offer gfree soy sauce. Fantastic sushi!
