Review of Kanpai Japanese Restaurant and Sushi

They have GF soy sauce. That’s it. Most of the rolls are tempura or have tempura in them. Most of the other rolls have their house “yummy” sauce, which no one knew what was in it. The staff has no knowledge whatsoever of the ingredients in anything. I have been to many sushi restaurants and always find several things that are safe. Here I had a plain cucumber roll to play it safe.
