I called the Norfolk location and they said they did not have rice noodles but would replace the ramen noodles with rice. We ended up going to the Virgina Beach location and they were happy to use rice noodles in my bowl! Just make sure to ask if they can cook the noodles in fresh water (not the same as the ramen noodles). I got the Tonkatsu ramen without the pork, egg, or fish cake due to soy sauce concerns and it was perfect! However, they may use tamari soy that is okay anyways. The manager said she has many gluten free customers that are okay with the shoyu ramen. I am very sensitive and did not get sick!

They will replace the noodles with rice, which has made it safe for me (I'm Celiac.)
