Had grilled salmon, rice and veg. Excellent taste. No GF menu, had to ask. But ultimately just picked what seemed GF.

We’ve dined at Kathryn’s three times and always enjoyed it tremendously. Last night I had gf Carolina Special which is shrimp and grits. I’ve had shrimp and grits at many restaurants including in Charleston and Savannah , and there’s none better than at Kathryn’s. My wife had tuna which was also gf. Serving sizes are immense! I was starving upon arrival but couldn’t quite finish my shrimp and grits. My wife’s tuna steak was two inches thick and absolutely fresh and delicious. Get there at opening time to avoid any waiting around. Highly recommend this restaurant. They seem quite fluent in preparing gf in a safe way.

The service is fantastic every time I visit this restaurant and I have been a customer there for 14+ years. I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance 4 years ago and the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I have had their grouper specials over the years and they have modified it for me on many occasions to make it gluten free. The fish is always fresh and the sides are delicious. Don't miss out on this place!

Knowledgeable staff. Clear menu and options. Had delicious she crab soup and then scallops. Lots of options. Great drinks too.

I was so happy to dine at this restaurant. The menu had a leaf icon next to the items that were able to be prepared gluten free. Having a few allergies, the server was completely accommodating and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and flavorful despite being gluten and dairy free. I will go again and again when I am back in the area.
