Excellent gluten free food, and it’s healthy! So nice to be able to eat anything they make. Was in town on business, and I bought ready made meals from Kathy’s Table for several of my meals (just reheat in a microwave and serve). Tastes like healthy home cooking but better, with a good balance of protein and veggies. Paleo options, as well. Good sweet treats too! I will return

This place has pre-made mini meals available for grab and go. Don’t count on re-heating the food there unless you want them reheated in the plastic containers. All the ingredients are listed on the lids so there’s no confusion. Great for grab and go to stock up a hotel fridge or the like. My recommendation: the coconut fudge bars are AMAZING 🤩 went back to this location just for them!

First time visiting. It’s a grab & go place with no tables or menu. There’s a large cooler by the door with deli containers. Options include breakfast, lunch/dinner and protein bars. Prices appear to range from 5.50 to 9/10 per item.

The store will heat up items if you’d like. They microwave it in the plastic container it comes in, then put it in another deli container lined with a paper towel. It’s not great to eat food microwaved in this plastic, but the trade off is that it’s definitely GF. (We were traveling through, so no access to a kitchen or another way to warm the food.)

Flavors are fantastic. I would definitely go back. My gluten-eating husband had a honey mustard chicken dish and he called it perfect. I had a breakfast scramble and it was delicious.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was sad they were out of the cookie dough protein bar because the sample was addictive.

Very convenient location just off I95.

The food was SO good! We’ve found ourselves in a situation where our family was quarantined and home with the flu at the same time. Kathy’s table is dedicated gluten free and was able to deliver fresh delicious meals for my whole family so we didn’t have to cook. I’m upset I haven’t tried their food sooner. It’s going to be my new go to for vacations as well! So easy to bring these premade meals to a hotel and reheat in the microwave!

Amazing to have this dedicated GF establishment in Jacksonville. Very knowledgeable. They cater! Meal plans delivered. Or can pick up items at one of several “outpost” stores adorned simply with an open fridge and a white counter in town. Eclectic menu that changes every few weeks. Lots of thought and hard work on the part of staff. Hats off to you!

Absolutely fantastic. Pick up food often at the beaches location. NEVER a bad reaction and so easy. All GF and DF. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you. What a wonderful and safe place to find delicious food. Can look online to choose food items bi-weekly.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Kathy’s Table. Their food is delicious, it reheats well (there’s got to be some voodoo science behind this), and it’s healthy. Most importantly, I know I can grab a healthy meal without fear of being glutened.

It’s a take out place with a counter to eat in that faces the huge food prep area. And the food is great. Healthy and delicious. VERY knowledgeable staff.

Expensive but simple, clean, fresh food. This is not a restaurant, per se. It is carry out of prepared meals, but they will heat your selection and you can sit at the counter and eat.

The facility is completely gluten and dairy free, so no chance of cross contamination. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We ate the bbq chicken, they warmed it for us and we ate at the counter. It was delicious! Bought several other items to eat through out the weekend.

Absolutely delicious! It was so amazing to enjoy a meal out without getting ill. I'm coming back soon!
