It's not super cross contamination friendly of you ask they are happy to grill your bread, ECT. But no special station. Have eaten there a bunch of times never got sick.

Katies had gluten free pancakes and bread. The GF pancakes were cooked on a separate cooking surface along with the bacon I ordered. The server was aware of celiac disease. Wry helpful. I did not get sick.
