So many options here for gluten free, keto, sugar free people! Some of the sugar substitutes are hit and miss with me but overall I absolutely love this place. It's an awesome option for quick easy gluten free meals.

Found this Fantasy Island, I mean Kat’s, thru a Facebook rec. All items are gluten free. First we had gf bacon & egg breakfast pockets. Uh, yum! Then cinnamon rolls...wow!! Perfect. Then cheesecake, haha, couldn’t resist, though we were getting so full. Took a few more things home because it’s so hard to choose. Portions were good sized and prices were reasonable for dedicated gf. Btw- as a bonus they were low carb too! What?? Dream come true. Been back a few times, always good but selection varies from week to week so check the FB page for current items if you’re jonsing for something in particular.
