Wonderful hidden find! Like others have said, family was hesitant to try sushi from a food truck parked behind a Home Depot… but looks are deceiving! Wonderfully fresh sushi, beautifully prepared. And wonderful service! Very knowledgeable about Celiac and very careful about preparation. Highly recommend!

LOVE this little sushi place! Was hesitant at first & ended up visiting 3 times during our week on the island. Talk to them at the window, there’s many options available that aren’t notated on the menu.

If someone said “Let’s get sushi from a truck in a dirt parking lot” I would usually pass. Don’t pass up this place behind Home Depot. Very tasty and fresh and gluten aware! Would definitely come back.

I am gluten free and the owner was one of the nicest people I have met. She reassured me of what rolls I would have and offered to make me special rolls. She remembered me and my name the second time I saw her. The presentation and food and service is a 10/10. Definitely the best place we ate one the island. We came back three times!

I have celiac disease and was happy to see they had gluten free items listed clearly on their menu. The staff even added that they could modify the specialty rolls to be gluten free too. I did not feel like I was missing out as my husband enjoyed my gf sushi more than one of his own rolls. Did not get sick and was a great and non-stressful dining experience!

Sweet staff, incredible fresh sushi. There aren’t many gluten-free rolls, but the staff has a few specialty ones that can be made gf, and we loved the naturally gluten-free ones we ordered. Very clearly marked menu, too.

Sooo good! The lady at the window was so nice and understood celiac and put my sushi on a separate plate. They made me one of their special rolls gf! Also very accommodating of my avocado allergy. Sushi was delicious.

Wonderful sushi! More options than a regular sushi joint would have. If you are super sensitive request your rolls get put on a separate plate. Highly recommend!

DON'T MISS THIS! Do not be fooled by the food truck, this place was AMAZING and were very helpful. They also have gluten free soy sauce packets! I would definitely go back if I had the time!

Well marked menu and amazing selection! The owners were more than happy to modify specialty roles to make them GF as well. Amazing first meal as a celiac on vacation. Loved how they offered gluten free soy sauce packets too. I will try to go back for a another visit before my trip is over it was that good!

Excellent sushi with GF options. My daughter has gluten sensitivity. They have GF options clearly marked on the menu and offered to make my order GF by removing one ingredient so she could share with me.

Very conscientious of gluten. Menu clearly labeled and staff is aware of the allergen. You can even ask for off menu items to be specifically GF. Gluten free soy sauce packets provided. So good, we came back twice.

The sushi was delicious! The salad and Phili roll are also GF. The fresh tuna roll was yummy. They make the GF sushi separately and packaged separate and also provided GF soy sauce packets. Very reasonable prices compared to other places on the island. A hidden gem near Costco!

Absolutely delicious, they marked a few rolls GF on the menu and clearly knew what they could do to alter some special rolls. Enjoyed every bite and will be back next time I'm in Kauai.

This is the best sushi In Kauai! Everything is super fresh, tastes wonderful, and I’ve had a LOT of sushi to compare to. Gluten free rolls that are already GF are marked. Most everything can be modified in some way to also be gluten free, and they know exactly how to do it if you just tell them you need it to be. And they are very familiar because they knew their California roll, with faux crabmeat, was not gluten free. They also have GF soy sauce.

The Ginger Me Crazy roll was my favorite, modified by removing the tempura crunchies. You’ll be missing out if you skip this one.

~They have gluten free soy sauce~ Awesome little food truck run by very friendly people. They were knowledgeable about gluten and even gave some suggested modifications to make the bigger rolls gluten free. The food is AMAZING we are already planning to stop by again before we leave. Ask if they can do the Ginger Crazy Roll gluten free for you, so delicious!
