I’m not even sure how this establishment qualifies to be discussed as “gluten free”. We ordered sushi online and noted that one of use was celiac. To their credit they called and told me that ALL their rice had gluten in it. ALL the rice! So I asked to cancel that one particular sushi roll. They wouldn’t cancel it, because they COULD NOT cancel orders or partial orders that were made online. They gave no reason for this policy after I asked 3 times. This restaurant has no information on its menu about gluten, gluten free options or celiac options. However, when I showed up to pick up the order they asked me if I wanted gluten free soy sauce. What!!!??? I won’t be going back to this restaurant again.
