The waitress didn't really speak English much but she did bring me gluten free soy sauce. I just stuck to nigiri and didn't have any symptoms. However next time I will just ask one of the the sushi chefs directly if I have a question. As far as the food it was decent. The nigiri rice didn't hold together well but the fish tasted fresh and was cut well.

I called ahead to ask about gf options. The person on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and read labels for me off of their products. When we arrived, we told the waiter that we couldn't have gluten (severe allergy), and he walked us through the items with gluten (tempura, imitation crab, etc). We asked about sauces and spicy mayo, and he know exactly what was in each item. They even provided a gf soy sauce (labeled) for us to use.
