Bring your own ponzu or tamari, they are good with it. Most rolls are GF, but some are definitely no go (eg scallop handroll)

No GF soy sauce, but they said they’re ok with people bringing their own in. But TBH everything tasted great even w/out soy sauce. Super fresh.
They asked when we submitted our order slips if there were any food restrictions in our party and then wrote that I couldn’t have gluten right on my order slip & automatically double checked that everything I had ordered was safe.
