There is not a lot of gluten on the menu. Staff asks about allergies during ordering. Chef will do a glove change before making each of your rolls if you ask. I’ve eaten 4x at this location and never sick. *I am hypersensitive to cross contamination
Eat everything! My favorite is the torro. Also, the cucumber roll sounds boring but I love the contrast of the super warm soft ice, crispy cold cucumbers and the melting sensation of the wrap 🤤 *I know the scallops are not safe and there’s two other items I think.
Also, no tamari, so bring your own packet if you really want. I enjoy everything just fine without- the ginger and wasabi are enough for me!
