The gf cannoli shells are made from Bob’s Red Mill and filled-fresh to order with a sweetened ricotta cream with your choice of toppings. If you mention a concern for cross-contamination they will take extra precautions such as packaging separately, changing gloves, and dipping into designated topping bins.
