My step mom owns the restaurant and I worked there for 6 months. Almost everything is gluten free except the side pasta salad. Anything from the fryers could be cross contaminated from the cooking oil. Delicious authentic Dominican food and wonderful staff. Everything is prepped in house and they do dine in, to-go, and doordash
