I’m newly diagnosed celiac and still getting used to eating out. Also type 1 diabetic so my menu options are pretty slim now. I asked about gluten-free items and the waitress new exactly what I could and couldn’t have. I ordered a hash omelet which was large and very tasty. The home fries are not gluten free but the hash has potato in it so for me that was fine. The omelet came with two slices of gluten free toast which they also sell in their back gift store. As a substitute for the home fries they offer baked beans if it comes with your meal.
