Absolutely amazing! They have tamari available and are super knowledge about what you can and cannot have, most things can be modified. Splurged on the Omakase experience and it was so worth it! Only one course was different than anyone elses (just missing the glaze but still amazing!) Kengo reiterated that he would be brushing my nigiri with tamari. Just a wonderful experience all around and the best meal I have ever had, even pre celiac!

The very small staff is all very knowledgeable about celiacs and will skip glazes on certain yakitori, and have Tamari! Everything is delicious and almost everything can be made gluten free (just no meatballs :(
