Only offered lettuce wraps when I asked for gluten free options. Asked if the beef was mixed with anything and all the patties are mixed with soy sauce. This was the Kapaa location.

Went to the Lihue location at an early hour and had a great experience. The staff had a separate GF menu and took care to ensure there was no cross contact with my meal. Options included several burgers, bowls and sushi burritos sans sauce.

I had a lettuce wrap Hapa burger with bacon, cheese, carmelized onion and pineapple and it was tasty - didn’t feel too heavy. Defo coming again for a sushi burrito!

I ordered a lettuce wrap hamburger, however after talking to the guy at the counter, I found out that they mix soy sauce in the burger meat. I was walking out when he said they had hamburger they had not mixed yet. So I got 100% beef with no additives. Couldn’t guarantee that their French fries were gluten free.
