Kenny’s is usually great with allergies, but had it not been for the open kitchen concept here and had I not been watching the chef prepare my food I would have been glutened. Turns out it was a new chef who wasn’t fully trained yet. Just to be sure I’d place your order with a manager that will oversee your meal. The pizza wasn’t great honestly.

We just returned for our second time and enjoyed it!! I am celiac (gluten free). It is very good and a cool chill place. I frequent the Kenny’s Italian in Addison, but I wanted to try the pizza at this Kenny’s. Kennys are good about allergies. Anyway, we had the adult pepperoni this time, highly recommend!! Just make sure you tell your server GLUTEN ALLERGY and they will take care of you. We have had the meatballs (very good) the hot mess pizza, the mr hand pizza and the adult pepperoni. All were good, but I prefer the adult pepperoni, very tasty and fresh with the fresh basil. 5 stars for Kennys Pizza and also for Kenny’s Italian in Addison – if you are gluten free, please go there (Kenny's Italian in Addison) and get the gluten free lasagna, you have to reserve it 48 hours ahead, but SO worth it. My husband always makes fun of me for preaching the gluten free lasagna gospel, but hey....GLUTEN FREE LASAGNA that tastes amazing!

As is typical with Kenny’s restaurants, the staff are knowledgeable, conscientious and helpful. They understand the issues and take necessary precautions. And the flavor and quality of the food are both amazing.
A few notes, re items that might otherwise be concerning:
- it’s not a dedicated facility, but they take numerous precautions that assure separation and mitigate against cross contamination
- gluten-free fried foods aren’t prepared in a fryer, but a separate pan
- while there is no gluten-free menu or indication on the menu, the wait staff are remarkably knowledgeable, demonstrating an actual understanding of what is and isn’t gluten-free and why; wait staff are quick to consult and kitchen staff always have clear, knowledgeable and meaningful answers
Kenny has taken the time at each of his various restaurants to address gluten issues. The ingredients and taste are exceptional. I not only feel safe here, but enjoy the experience and believe that I’m getting great value.

After checking this app, we decided to try to eat GF at Kenny’s East Coast Pizza. We got a new waiter (we have been many times prior to becoming GF). He did not know all the answers but was quick to find out and very kind and helpful. I was able to enjoy Chicken Wings as an appetizer and my choice of GF pasta with any dish or GF crust for any pizza. I ordered Chicken Scallopini. It was great per the usual with Kenny’s. We enjoyed drinks and I had no feelings of accidental gluten ingestion.

I love this place. My 3 kids and I all have celiac. They are incredible with making sure our food is safe. Many of the menu items can be made GF, just ask your waiter. My favorite thing to eat is the fried prosciutto wrapped mozzarella sticks. Amazing!

Definitely got glutened. I told the hostess, waiter, and manager that I had a gluten allergy. Manager spoke to chefs and assured me they could provide gf meals. GF pizza was disgusting! Out of gf breadcrumbs,so promised gf Pan fried calamari was rubbery and plain. Gf veal piccata was good.
