Review of Kesté Pizza & Vino

I’m sitting at the bar at Keste and asked to see what flour they use… Caputo flour… and the first ingredient is wheat starch. I already ate the Cappriciosa, and it was AMAZING. Just wanted to post the warning here for those who can’t have wheat starch!
