Items are marked GF on the menu, but that does not mean celiac safe due to the shared fryer. Waitress was nice and accommodating but didn’t seem to have in depth understanding.
I had the Mahi fish tacos on corn tortillas. The waitress said the Mahi was grilled and I asked about whether the grill also had gluten items on it. She spoke with the chef and said they could do my Mahi in a pan separately.

They had a ton of GF options but they were questionable. The waitress had to check on so many things for me, and I got quite sick following the meal. I had the “ketch of the day” which didn’t have a GF next to it but she assured me that it was (she checked twice she said) when it came out it looked like it had soy sauce on it but it didn’t quite taste like soy sauce so I’m not sure what it was. I also had a bowl of the crab bisque which also had a GF next to it and she said she checked on it as well. I’m not convinced they know gluten safety, which is a bummer. Won’t be going here again. Server was really nice and tried her best but there’s some kind of something going on communication wise.

Excellent fish tacos, highly recommend . Waiter was knowledgeable about GF options, made good recommendations . Note there is not a dedicated fryer, so don't get anything that is fried .

Great menu with many items labeled GF. I had fried calamari for the first time in 5 years. It was great. Salmon with risotto was amazing and a flourless chocolate torte for dessert. I trusted the GF label and did not inquire about a separate fryer. I did not have any issues immediately following or the morning after dinner. I felt this was an easy celiac-safe dining option. Great service as well!

We specifically asked for food that was not fried in a shared fryer. We were told that the wings were smoked, however, when they came out, they had burnt fries mixed with them from a fryer. We brought this up to our waitress and she apologized and took them off our bill.
Just don’t trust this place. Even when you check, they don’t comply.
Also, we asked about other items that were clearly marked gluten free and after checking in the kitchen the waitress said they were not.
I had a bad allergic reaction to eating here.

Had the broiled scallops and shrimp with mashed potatoes and slaw. Then the crème brûlée for dessert. Tasted pretty good and no issues afterwards.

Had an item that was marked as gluten free. Had a reaction however. Wouldn't recommend for fellow celiacs.

I wrote the best review for this place, over 3 yrs ago it was the best for my gf diet. Sad to say they now only do basic things such as fish and veggies. Nothing to write home about but nice they have SOMETHING
Yes
Unfortunately the service this year was awful. Was told I could only have one thing in the menu, when I questioned what I had in the past the server said it would be best to stay with just the one item from the menu because they were slammed. I have worked in restaurants and they were far from slammed. When the server did ask about the tuna I as told I could have it with the sauce on the side as the sauce had gluten. Really? Ok nope not going back.
Unfortunately, I had a totally different experience than the previous reviewer. We went to Ketch 55 because of the May '14 review and found they no longer have a dedicated fryer, ie, no French fries! Even worse, the owner was badly misinformed and insisted, for example, that arborio rice (risotto) has gluten, but that the calamari are GF because they're made with rice flower! But with no dedicated fryer, of course they're not really GF. In short: not Celiac friendly, sorely misinformed, just another regular restaurant.
