When I reached out to this location I was told all their in-house baked items are gluten free. Only the outsourced items they will not recommend for anyone who cannot eat gluten. I went in and was told they were gluten free except for the Edison bread. I bought their carrot cake and it was delicious. I was able to sample their tres leches cake and it tasted better than the gluten ones. The icing on both were easy to enjoy as they weren't heavily sweet making it very enjoyable.
